Description

Security officers are responsible for keeping people and property safe by deterring criminal activity and enforcing rules on a property. Their duties include:

  • Patrolling: Regularly patrolling the premises to maintain order and establish a visible presence that can deter potential criminals
  • Monitoring: Checking surveillance equipment and alarms for disruptions or unlawful acts
  • Controlling access: Authorizing the entrance of people and vehicles, and removing trespassers
  • Responding: Investigating and responding to alarms and emergencies in a timely manner
  • Assisting: Providing assistance to guests.
  • Reporting: Submitting reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences, such as suspicious behaviors and happenings
  • Securing: Securing all exits, doors, and windows after operations have ended
  • Following procedures: Following procedures for various initiatives in line with typical casino operations such as, checking ID’s, assisting with game fills, and overall customer service.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
