Job Details Job Location: Sterling Heights, MI Education Level: High School Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm Description Job Summary: As a Security Officer at Patriot Security Enterprise, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of clients' premises and personnel. You will perform various security tasks, including monitoring and patrolling, access control, and emergency response. Key Responsibilities: Patrol Premises: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure security and safety. Monitor Surveillance: Monitor security cameras and alarms to detect and prevent potential threats. Access Control: Control access to the premises, ensuring that only authorized personnel and visitors are allowed entry. Incident Response: Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies, providing assistance and support as needed. Report Writing: Maintain accurate and detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor. Enforce Rules and Regulations: Enforce company policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure a safe and secure environment. Be available at least two out of three shifts offered. Qualifications Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED: Minimum educational requirement. Security Experience: Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred but not required. Licenses/Certifications: Valid security officer license or ability to obtain one if required by state law. Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to Detail: Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
