What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a tech, media, and/or telecom location. Manage entry and exit through designated access points by verifying identification, validating badges and/or credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and directing authorized personnel to the appropriate areas. Monitor security-related systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control panels, and report irregular activity according to post orders and escalation guidelines. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to site contacts and/or emergency services as directed by protocol. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter, noting and reporting hazards, unsecured doors, and other conditions that may impact site operations. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
