At a professional front desk location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, and support security-related operations through clear communication and outstanding customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:30 PM - 08:00 AMTue11:30 PM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Monitor access at the front desk, greet visitors, verify credentials as directed, and communicate with staff and/or guests regarding site procedures. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
