What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies. Monitor access to the facility, verifying identification and credentials as required by site protocols. Respond to incidents and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, visitor logs, and incident reports as required. Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters. Assist with the implementation of access control procedures to help to deter unauthorized entry to the location. Support site-specific financial institution protocols while maintaining a welcoming presence at the front desk. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
