What You'll Do: Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations at the logistics and distribution location in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas within the logistics and distribution environment to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity. Document observations and report security-related incidents or concerns to Allied Universal management and site leadership as required. Minimum Requirements: CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
