What You'll Do: Conduct screening of individuals, vehicles, and/or packages entering or exiting the logistics and distribution location, following established procedures and site-specific guidelines. Provide customer service by addressing questions and assisting visitors, employees, and drivers in a professional manner. Carry out security-related procedures and comply with site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and the client site. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as necessary according to protocols. Assist in monitoring access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity within the logistics and distribution environment. Document and report any irregularities, security-related incidents, or unusual observations in accordance with company and client requirements. Support emergency response activities when appropriate, following established protocols and communicating with site management and Allied Universal as needed. Participate in regular and random patrols around designated areas of the business and perimeter, as required by site assignment. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
