What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail and mall location, including both the business interior and surrounding perimeter. Help to deter incidents and promote a secure environment by maintaining a visible presence during patrols. Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel and/or law enforcement as directed. Assist with access control, monitoring entry and exit points, and verifying credentials as needed. Support Allied Universal management and site leadership in implementing security-related policies and procedures specific to the location. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
