Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this people-first role, you will support a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, and a reliable, agile approach while assisting shoppers, guests, and staff throughout the property. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:30 PMTue03:00 PM - 11:30 PMWed03:00 PM - 11:30 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:30 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or urgent situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and document relevant activity in accordance with site guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the shopping center, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, storefront corridors, and/or high-traffic public areas while assisting with access-related concerns, directions, and general support for guests and staff. Support retail location operations by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity to the appropriate contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. The ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred. CPR and First Aid experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
