What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a positive environment within the location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail/mall property and its perimeter to observe, monitor, and report security-related concerns. Assist with access control, visitor management, and help to deter unauthorized activity in and around the location. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, guests, and Allied Universal management regarding any security-related matters or incidents. Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to established procedures. Minimum Requirements: A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
