As an Allied Universal Security Officer assigned to an access control post in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entry and exit points, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do: Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry into the manufacturing and industrial location. Verify credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises to support site-specific access control procedures. Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and responding to inquiries. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and report any irregularities. Document and report any security-related incidents, unusual activities, or maintenance issues observed during patrols. Collaborate with site personnel and/or Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns or emergencies as needed. Assist with emergency response activities in accordance with location policies and procedures. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
