What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, employees, and/or visitors by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations. Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter, including interior and exterior checks as conditions vary by site. Control access points by monitoring entry and exit, verifying credentials as required, and documenting visitor and vehicle activity per site procedures. Complete routine reports and documentation, communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision, and assist with investigations as directed. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire. Being comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
