As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a secure environment. What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor for any unusual activity or conditions within the location and report findings according to established protocols. Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, observations, and incidents as required by Allied Universal and site procedures. Communicate professionally and courteously with employees, visitors, and contractors while upholding the standards of Allied Universal. Support access control measures by observing entry and exit points and reporting any irregularities. Assist in implementing emergency procedures and provide guidance to personnel during incidents as directed. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
