As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role includes conducting routine patrols and providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines and site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the business interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings promptly to the appropriate personnel. Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with directions, information, and access control procedures as required. Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities in accordance with company and client requirements. Work collaboratively with site management and Allied Universal team members to support a secure working environment. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
