Job Description As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Towanda, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Patrol Officer in a chemical and petrochemical location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support personnel with exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.39 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur01:00 PM - 05:00 PMFri06:00 AM - 05:00 PMSat05:30 AM - 05:30 PMSun05:30 AM - 05:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access activities, and when appropriate, emergency response actions at a chemical and petrochemical location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout operational areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards or maintenance issues. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and follow site protocols for deliveries, restricted areas, and contractor access. Support emergency and evacuation procedures, assist with traffic and pedestrian control during site events or incidents, and communicate clearly with employees, visitors, and/or first responders as needed. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
