Job Summary DSI is growing—again! We are currently hiring Security Officers – Mobile Patrol in Southaven, MS. As a Security Officer in a driving post, you will help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients, their employees, and the public. This role requires professionalism, attentiveness, strong situational awareness, and the ability to operate a vehicle safely while performing security duties. Essential Job Responsibilities * Maintain a safe and secure environment through mobile patrols and visible presence * Conduct vehicle patrols of assigned areas and client properties * Observe, report, and respond to hazards, incidents, and suspicious activity * Follow DSI policies, client requirements, and post-specific instructions * Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public * Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely * Participate in training and comply with DSI safety procedures and manuals Qualifications & Requirements * Minimum 21 years of age * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid driver’s license required * Clean driving record and ability to operate a company or personal vehicle safely * Reliable transportation and means of communication * Basic to intermediate computer skills * Effective written and verbal communication skills * Ability to conduct routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all weather conditions * Must meet all preemployment requirements Additional Information / Benefits * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * Medical Insurance Required Screenings * Criminal Background Check * Motor Vehicle * Drug Screen The following shifts are available: * Second Shift * Weekend Shift $16.00 per hour DSI Security Services is a drug-free employer and complies with all applicable laws regarding affirmative action and equal opportunity in all its activities and programs and does not discriminate against anyone protected by law because of age, color, disability, national origin, race, religion, sex, handicap, or status as a veteran or disabled veteran.
