We are looking for someone who can work Full-Time, across 5 shifts per week. To be successful in this role, you will be responsible for a range of duties while demonstrating the following skills and experience… * Working behind the scenes and on the front line to ensure our Hotel is a safe and secure environment for our guests and colleagues (carrying out regular patrols, monitoring CCTV, managing access control, and responding to incidents when they arise) – previous experience working as a Security Officer within a Hotel, Leisure or Customer-Facing environment is preferred! * Ensuring the Hotel remains fully compliant with all Health & Safety and Security regulations (keeping up to date with any changes to legislation) – holding a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (Security Industry Authority) is essential for this role, as is a strong understanding of safety and emergency procedures. * You will be a confident communicator and calm under pressure – liaising regularly with guests, colleagues, and emergency services, while maintaining professionalism at all times. * Shifts will include late nights, weekends, and a variety of hours, so flexibility is key!
