You will make routine vehicle and foot patrols, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, check gates and access points, and respond to calls for assistance. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, owners, vendors, and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, post orders, and site-specific policies, and by assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the property, including parking areas, storage units, common areas, gates, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage. Monitor access points and observe site conditions, checking for unsecured doors, open gates, suspicious behavior, and maintenance concerns; document and report findings per site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, lock and/or unlock requests per policy, alarms, and tenant concerns; notify management and/or public services as required. Complete detailed activity logs and incident reports, communicate notable events during shift turnover, and support investigations by preserving observations and relevant information per policy. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A guard card/license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
