As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced tech, media, and telecom location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence that helps reduce security-related concerns, and support access control and visitor guidance. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and site visitors by carrying out post orders, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a tech, media, and/or telecom location. Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas, common spaces, and exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points, observe for unusual activity, and assist with visitor and vendor entry procedures consistent with site policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as needed. Complete security-related reports and activity logs, communicate updates during shift turnover, and support incident follow-up as directed. Minimum Requirements: Possess a New York State Security Guard License. Have 1+ years of security experience. Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED. Be 21+ years of age. X-ray screening experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
