As a Screener at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will help monitor access points, screen people and items entering the facility, and conduct routine patrols to maintain a strong presence that may help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Screen employees, visitors and/or drivers at designated entry points using approved screening methods and access control procedures, helping to deter unauthorized items and/or entry. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through the chain of command as needed. Monitor and document screening activity, visitor activity and/or truck traffic using logs and reporting tools in accordance with site-specific requirements. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location. Minimum Requirements: Guard Card/License - preferred. Customer Service Experience - preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
