Dreamworld is Australia’s biggest theme park, and SkyPoint is Australia’s only beachside observation deck, 230 metres above Surfers Paradise. We’re seeking customer-focused Security Officers to join us in Part Time (20 hours per week) and Casual roles. These positions will be based at either Dreamworld or SkyPoint, however will require flexibility to travel between the sites as required. What’s the gig? As part of our Security team, you’ll help keep our guests, team members and assets safe while supporting a fun and welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include: • Greeting guests, staff and contractors and coordinating site access • Monitoring entry and exit points and conducting routine patrols • Securing buildings, gates and park areas at closing • Completing overnight checks, including temperature and welfare checks where required • Responding to incidents and maintaining accurate reports You’ll be a visible and professional presence across our sites, confident in balancing safety with great customer service. To be considered, you must hold: • Current QLD Security Licence (including unarmed and crowd control) • Current First Aid and CPR certification • Current Driver’s Licence • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate • Security Officer (Monitoring) qualifications will be highly regarded. Responsibilities

Security Officers will be responsible for maintaining safety for guests, team members, and assets while supporting a welcoming environment across Dreamworld and SkyPoint sites. Key duties include monitoring access points, conducting patrols, securing areas at closing, performing overnight checks, and responding to incidents while maintaining accurate reports.
