Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Part Time Security Officer to join our team in Romeoville. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while providing excellent customer service to all visitors and staff. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unusual activity. * Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, ensuring safety and security protocols are followed. * Provide courteous and professional customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors. * Maintain accurate and detailed reports of daily activities and irregularities. * Assist in enforcing company policies and procedures. * Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel when necessary. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS * Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid drivers license * Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals. * Ability to remain alert and attentive during shifts. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. * Must successfully pass all pre-employment screenings WORK SCHEDULE This is a part-time position.
