Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.29 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri02:30 PM - 10:30 PMSat02:30 PM - 10:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for the location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor information, and document arrivals, departures, and/or deliveries in accordance with property guidelines. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management and/or emergency services when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the building, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify security-related concerns and report issues promptly. Support Allied Universal and property protocols by maintaining accurate logs, preparing incident reports, and assisting with security-related inquiries from occupants and guests. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
