As a Front Desk Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, assisting visitors, managing access control, and supporting daily security-related operations. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $14.86 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri05:00 AM - 01:00 PMSat12:00 PM - 06:00 PMSun12:00 PM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control tasks, and front desk support at a commercial real estate location. Monitor lobby and entrance activity, verify visitor information, issue guest credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management and/or emergency responders when appropriate. Answer phones, greet arriving guests, maintain visitor logs, and support security-related reporting, documentation, and other administrative duties tied to the front desk post. Observe and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy-related issues to appropriate personnel in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site expectations. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
