As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial services location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to staff and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities for a financial services location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including parking areas and perimeter checkpoints, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations. Monitor access points and visitor flow, assist with badge and/or credential checks as directed, and report irregularities in accordance with post orders. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications and/or assistance per site procedures. Complete detailed activity and incident reports, maintain accurate logs, and communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management as required. Minimum Requirements: CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire. Customer Service Experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
