Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.75 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access guidance, and security-related support activities at a technology-focused corporate location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry points, badge access activity, and visitor flow while following post orders and reporting policy violations, maintenance concerns, and other security-related matters. Support Allied Universal and site leadership with detailed incident reports, shift activity logs, and clear communication during routine operations and/or unusual events. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
