As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will assist with access control, respond to concerns, document observations, and communicate clearly with site personnel and Allied Universal teammates. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas and perimeter fencing; working environments and conditions may vary by location. Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by checking identification, issuing visitor credentials and directing deliveries and contractors according to site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, disturbances, medical incidents and fire-related conditions, and notify site leadership and/or public responders as needed. Complete written and/or electronic reports such as patrol logs, incident reports and shift activity reports, and communicate observations to the next shift and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred. Possess a guard card or license preferred. Possess a CPR certification preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
