As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a busy retail location, you will conduct routine foot patrols, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support store teams and customers with clear communication and professional service. You will document observations, respond to calls for assistance, and help maintain an orderly environment. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or public emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances, stock areas, and exterior perimeter to help to deter theft, loitering, and other prohibited activity. Monitor doors, receiving areas, and high-traffic zones for access control concerns, suspicious behavior, and policy violations, documenting observations per site requirements. Complete routine reports and incident documentation, support loss prevention and store operations when requested, and communicate clearly with Allied Universal supervision and site management. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
