What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Conduct regular and random foot patrols of offices, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations. Monitor access control points by checking identification, verifying visitor and vendor authorization, and directing personnel in accordance with site requirements. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including observing, documenting, notifying appropriate personnel, and assisting with incident response as directed. Complete routine reports and activity logs, document unusual conditions, and communicate relevant information to on-site management and/or client contacts. Minimum Requirements: Client requires proof of high school diploma and/or GED. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
