What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter, adapting to the unique environment of a tech, media, and telecom location. Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with questions or directions while maintaining a professional presence on site. Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity by maintaining a visible presence during patrols. Support Allied Universal and client-specific protocols, policies, and procedures while on duty. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. CPR certification is preferred. A valid guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
