Partnership Property Management is interested in hiring an off duty police officer or security officer to patrol the area at Maple Crest Apartments in Asheville, N.C. This position requires approximately 40 hours per week, and duties are as described below:
Patrol the grounds and monitor cameras of Maple Crest Apartments by name or by license plate regular traffic through the complex during time on duty. Keep a written report of this activity to present to the management daily.
Note any illegal or suspicious activity in your report by contacting the local police when necessary. Be familiar with Partnership Property Management’s Lease, Rules & Regulations and note violations thereof in the written report back to management.
Be prepared to testify in court when requested as a witness to incidents as noted in log if PPM is basing eviction actions or other criminal actions against tenants or guests on the log.
