Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic tech and telecom location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:00 AM - 03:00 PMTue07:00 AM - 03:00 PMWed07:00 AM - 03:00 PMThur07:00 AM - 03:00 PMFri07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office, warehouse, and/or perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions related to access control, property, and/or operations. Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and/or contractor access as directed by site procedures, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns. Support day-to-day operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with security-related inquiries, and completing required reports, logs, and/or incident records in a timely manner. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
