Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.87 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access, support visitor processing, and report unusual activity in accordance with site expectations. Support day-to-day operations at the location by reporting maintenance-related issues, observing site conditions, and assisting with security-related requests from tenants, visitors, and/or onsite personnel. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
