Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a professional environment through strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting observations according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the warehouse, distribution areas, parking locations, trailer yards, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit points, observe vehicle and foot traffic, and verify that visitors, vendors, and/or delivery personnel follow site access requirements. Support loss prevention and operational continuity efforts by reporting damaged property, open doors, lighting issues, and/or other suspicious or unusual activity observed during patrols. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
