What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding area to help to deter suspicious activity and support a secure environment. Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas of the location to help to deter unauthorized access. Communicate professionally with clients, employees, and visitors to address inquiries and report security-related concerns. Document incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client policies. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
