What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific access control procedures, verifying identification and/or credentials, and documenting entries and exits. Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including monitoring designated areas and reporting unusual activity that may help to deter unauthorized access. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as directed. Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including business spaces, parking areas, and perimeter points. Working environments and conditions may vary by location. Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity documentation using required forms and/or systems, and communicate relevant information during post orders and shift transitions. Minimum Requirements: Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred. Possess CPR certification, preferred. Have access control and/or badge experience, preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
