What You'll Do: Provide customer service to site employees, contractors, and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, loading and delivery zones, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; working environments and conditions may vary by location. Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, unsecured doors, and/or unusual conditions; assist with visitor direction and basic access control as assigned. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and notifying site contacts and/or emergency services as directed. Complete accurate shift reports and incident documentation, communicate hazards and maintenance concerns, and support security-related investigations by preserving notes and observations. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
