As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol large grounds, conduct routine vehicle patrols, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. This is a driving post that requires a valid driver’s license under AU Driver Policy requirements. You will communicate clearly with site teams, respond to concerns, and deliver customer service with integrity, teamwork, and an agile, reliable approach. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to site personnel, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as required by post orders. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial buildings, production areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Control access at designated entry points by verifying credentials, managing visitor check-in and/or badge processes, and directing deliveries to appropriate receiving locations. Monitor alarms, access control systems, and/or video surveillance equipment, and document patrols, incidents, and observations in written and/or electronic reports. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
