As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout automotive production, warehouse, office, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, contractors, and deliveries, and assist with visitor check-in and direction in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and assisting site leadership and/or emergency responders as needed. Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate relevant updates to supervisors and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A minimum of 2 or more years of security-related experience is required. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Alarm panel experience is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
