What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using appropriate de-escalation and communication skills. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the financial institution's premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence. Monitor entrances, exits, and access points to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious persons or activities. Assist with the enforcement of site-specific policies and procedures to help to deter disruptions and maintain order within the location. Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal management and site representatives as required. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed during critical situations at the location. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience are required. Graduation from a law enforcement or military police training program or an equivalent program is required. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Act 235 qualification is required for positions in Pennsylvania. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
