Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic technology and telecommunications location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with a caring, agile, and reliable approach, working as part of a team that values innovation and integrity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology and telecommunications location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity as assigned, while communicating clearly with site personnel, guests, and/or public agencies when needed. Complete routine logs, incident reports, and other assigned documentation related to patrol activities and security-related events. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
