JOB SUMMARY

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques is a plus.
  • Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to pass background checks as required.

  • Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Assist in loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property.
  • Manage conflicts effectively, using de-escalation techniques when required.
