As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will be a key point of contact for employees and visitors, providing helpful customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location. Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, yards, parking areas, and perimeter points, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity. Monitor alarms, cameras, and access points; verify identification and/or authorization for entry, exits, and deliveries according to post orders. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with evacuations and coordinating with site leadership and/or public responders as directed. Complete shift logs, incident reports, and daily activity reports; communicate relevant updates to the site and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Alarm Panel Experience is preferred. Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred. Lift More Than 20 lbs is preferred. Customer Service Experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
