Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a professional financial institution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. In this customer-focused role, you will support access awareness, respond to site needs, and deliver clear communication with integrity, teamwork, and a people-first approach. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.25 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AMTue10:00 PM - 06:00 AMWed10:00 PM - 06:00 AMThur10:00 PM - 06:00 AMFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial services location, including lobbies, offices, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help identify and report suspicious activity and/or policy violations. Monitor access points and visitor activity, help to deter unauthorized entry, and document observations, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns in accordance with site protocols. Support day-to-day operations at the location by providing directions, answering questions, and reporting security-related issues, hazards, and/or emergencies to the appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements: The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Experience with alarm panels is preferred. Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
