What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, guests, and store associates by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and notifying appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail sales floors, back-of-house areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and assist with visitor and/or vendor check-in as directed by post orders, helping to maintain orderly traffic flow within the location. Complete required reports, logs, and shift handoffs, and communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
