What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including public areas, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter points as required by the post orders. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including calls for assistance, disorderly conduct, and medical or fire alarms as directed by site procedures. Assist with access control by monitoring entry points, verifying identification and/or authorization, directing visitors to appropriate destinations, and supporting visitor management processes. Document activities, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate timely updates to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements: A guard card and/or security-related license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
