What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouses, yards, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter fencing; document observations and report unusual activity. Monitor inbound and outbound truck and trailer traffic by verifying access authorization, observing dock activity, and communicating with site contacts regarding security-related concerns. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, contacting emergency services when needed, and completing required reports. Help to deter theft, trespass, and/or damage by maintaining a visible presence, observing package and freight handling areas, and reporting policy violations or hazards to site management. Minimum Requirements: Possess a TSA Issued TWIC. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
