What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and drivers by following post orders, site-specific policies, and Allied Universal procedures, including emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the warehouse, yard, dock areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points, verify identification and/or shipping documentation as directed, and help maintain orderly truck flow at gates and staging areas. Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to on-site leadership and/or emergency services as needed. Complete detailed reports and maintain logs of patrol findings, incidents, and unusual activity, and communicate observations to management and/or other site personnel. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
