Our Security Officers monitor and patrol assigned areas at a leading aero/defense location, helping to support a secure environment through routine patrols, visible presence, and strong customer service. In this unarmed role, you will respond to security-related concerns, communicate clearly, and work as part of a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, caring, and integrity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.60 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:00 AM - 03:00 PMTue07:00 AM - 03:00 PMWed07:00 AM - 03:00 PMThur07:00 AM - 03:00 PMFri07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a dynamic aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity in accordance with site rules, helping to support authorized personnel movement and visitor processing. Communicate with site contacts, employees, and visitors regarding security-related concerns, directions, and/or procedural questions while maintaining professional presence throughout the location. Minimum Requirements: An active DoD Secret Clearance is required. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
