Join Pendennis as a Security Officer. You will work 3 days, 3 nights with 3 days off.
Be a vital part of our Health and Safety team, ensuring a safe yard operation. You could become a Confined Space and Working at Height Rescue Team member, and first aider – your skills make a difference.
Other responsibilities include:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to identify potential security threats
- Respond to incidents and emergencies, such as medical emergencies or security breaches
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with security protocols
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of activities
